Therapy for Couples

If you have a romantic partner, that person plays a vital role in your life. Being in a loving, safe, and healthy romantic partnership has a significant impact on how you feel and experience the world around you. Because life is complex and presents us with unexpected challenges and stressors, that partnership is often challenged and can become strained.

Star offers a safe space for couples to talk about the challenges that go on behind closed doors. Oftentimes, these challenges are centered around difficulties with communication, parenting, work demands, sexual intimacy, infidelity, and finances. Star will partner with both partners to resolve conflict, change negative behavior patterns, and learn to build a partnership grounded in kindness, trust, and mutual respect.
